Sometimes your machine doesn’t work as it should. Here’s what to do:
1. Check connection
Check if the machine is connected to the power supply and, if necessary, to the internet.
Check if Wi-Fi/LAN or mobile data is active.
2. Restart the machine
Turn the machine off and on again.
Wait 2–3 minutes until the system has started up.
3. Check status in the Senvend Management Suite
Log into the Senvend Management Suite.
Check the status (online/offline, last transactions).
4. Common Error Patterns
No display → Check the power supply
Payment not possible → Restart the system, check the payment module
Empty stock → Check backend and refill
