To make sure your machine stands securely and can't tip over or be removed without permission, here we show you step by step how to mount a wall bracket.
What you need:Drill
Cordless screwdriver
Socket set or ring spanner set
Drill bits (metal drill bits + masonry drill bits)
Spirit level
Cross line laser (optional)
Pencil or scribing pen
2x hexagon screw M10 x 60 or M10 x 80 or expansion bolt (e.g. Fischer Faz II)
Matching dowels
M10 x 60 → Dowel 10 mm x 80 mm
M10 x 80 → Dowel 10 mm x 100 mm
Expansion bolt → no dowel needed
2x washer M10
12x M3 screws (e.g. 50 mm, shorten if needed)
12x M3 lock nuts
Before you start, make sure to disconnect the machine from the power supply.
Hold the wall mount against the back of the machine.
Mark the 6 holes for each mount with a pen.
Use a spirit level to make sure the mount is straight.
Install a mount on the left and one on the right.
Make sure both are parallel.
Tip: Use a cross line laser or measure precisely to guarantee they are the same height.
With a 4-mm metal drill bit drill the 24 marked holes (2×12) into the back panel.
Screw the wall brackets in place with 12x M3 screws and locknuts.
Push the device back so the wall brackets are against the wall.
Insert the fixing rails into the wall brackets.
Mark the position of the drill holes on the wall.
Tip: Use a ladder if needed.
Drill at the marked spots using a 10-mm masonry or concrete drill bit.
Insert the wall plugs until they're flush with the wall.
Use the washers and M10 screws or anchor bolts to connect the bracket to the wall.
Your vending machine is now securely attached, stands stable, and can't be tipped over or easily removed.
