Log in to the backend of the vending machine.
Click on the Slot Management tile.
You'll see an overview of your products – if already set up, with product images and prices.
Click on the product you want to edit.
The detail page opens with various attributes and settings.

Slot Number | Left: enter slot number. Right: specify area for multiple slots (e.g. 1–5 if all are filled with the same product). |
Product Name | Assign the product name (e.g. “Milka chocolate bar”). |
Price | Sales price of the product. |
Stock Quantity | Current inventory in the machine. |
Slot Capacity | Max amount that fits in the slot. |
Product Introduction | Short product description. |
Product Code | Must match the code in TCN Online Backend Management or you might have issues. |
Slot State | Changes automatically from “Have goods” to “Have no goods” when stock reaches 0. |
If you set the value for Stock Quantity and Slot Capacity to 199, the stock won’t automatically change anymore.
This means: You don’t have to update the stock again after restocking.
You can also swap out the product image in Slot Management.
After all adjustments, click Confirm at the bottom to save the changes.
