In this guide, you’ll learn how to change the arrangement of the shelves in your machine or remove shelves completely. We’ll also show you how to adjust the lift height.
What you need:Phillips screwdriver
Pliers
Dexterity
Lock the clamps (left and right) upwards so you can pull out the shelf like a drawer.
Note: Disconnect the machine from the power at the latest now.
Pull the level all the way out.
There's a black, nylon-sheathed cable in the back right.
Carefully remove the cable ties with pliers and unplug the cable.
Slightly lift the level in the front and take it out completely.
Rails on both right and left guide the level.
Each rail is secured with a Phillips screw.
Loosen the screws and remove the rails.
Insert the rails at the desired height.
On both sides there are vertical guide rails with holes, where the levels are inserted.
Align the rails parallel to each other.
Tighten both screws again.
Slightly lift the shelf at the front.
Carefully slide it back into the rails.
Reconnect the previously detached cable to the shelf.
Done: With this method, you can flexibly move or completely remove shelves (e.g. from 6 shelves → 5 shelves).
Adjust lift heightIf your machine has a lift, you need to adjust the lift settings after changing the shelf heights.
Reconnect the machines to the power supply.
Go to the menu item Lift Setting.
Press Enter to confirm when "Lift Setting" is highlighted.
Use button 6 to switch to the menu item Layer Steps.
Press Enter to confirm.
Now numbers appear for each level → they indicate the position the lift moves to.
Use Enter to change the value for a level (e.g. Layer 1).
Enter a 4-digit value and confirm with Enter.
The lift will now automatically move to the set position.
Repeat the process for all levels until the lift positions fit optimally.
Tip: Write down the final values so you can make corrections quicker next time.
