Open machine, disconnect from power.
Remove SIM card from the Nayax device (back side), wipe contacts dry.
Insert SIM properly, restart device and machine.
Check mobile signal (antenna is secure/has clear location).
Antenna: Improve position (higher/outside the case), make sure the connector is plugged in firmly (don’t screw it in), check the cable for damage.
SIM card: Check if it’s seated properly, clean/replace if needed.
Restart: Disconnect machines for 60 sec. from power, then restart.
What is DEX? Standard protocol for audit/sales data between VMC and telemetry. Only works with a properly connected DEX cable.
What to do:
Restart the machine (turn off the green switch, wait 30 sec, turn it on).
Restart terminal (on the device: Menu → Technician mode → “Restart”) or via MoMa (Machine → Tasks & Warnings → Actions → “Restart device”).
Check DEX cable (properly plugged in, undamaged); if defective replace.
Disconnect/reconnect all power connections in the machine (when unplugged!), then read out DEX again.
In Core, make sure that DEX attributes/DEX type are set correctly (e.g. DEX/UCS) and DEX schedule is set if needed.
Sync stock? Open MoMa → More → next to “Last data update” tap Reload.
Change language: Open MoMa → More → Gear → Language pick → Save.

“Out of Order / Out of Order“
Restart machines restart (unplug for 30 sec) → 2) Restart terminal (on the device or via MoMa).
If error persists: SIM/antenna slot check (clean contact, antenna tight).
Start screen only shows “Nayax” logo
– Often solved/loose antenna: check rear plug connection for solid fit.
MoMa status “Power Down”
– Machine was shut down or power outage – Check power supply.
