Log in to the Nayax Core Portal (make sure the machine is added)

Set up machines and adjust basic settings
Create product groups, add products & make a product folder
Fill machines
Adjust the product folder to match the actual filling
Do some test purchases
The onboarding is the prerequisite for payment module & telemetry.

Note: If you want to offer tobacco products in your machine, this also has to be listed on your business license. Also, Nayax needs a picture of your machine, showing the Nayax module and the document scanner. (You can also send this picture later, after the machine arrives at your place.)

Path: Operations → Machines → Search
On the left there should be a row of machine number + serial number appear (confirmation that the machine is registered).

Operations → Machines → Search → Choose vending machine → Tab 'General Information'
Adjust machine name & location → Save information.
Tab 'Technician' → 'Technician Code' (up to 6 digits, numeric) set → Save information.
If possible, place vending machines in their final location. Adjust the device's basic settings (e.g. language).

Assign products correctly to the spirals/compartments
Sort by product type (clarity)
Best before date (put the short-dated ones in front)
Don't overload, to avoid blockages
MDB code = enter compartment number
Filling quantity = filled quantity
Missing set to 0 → On Hand updates itself

Output is correct
Sales are recorded in the Nayax system
