To make sure your vending machine runs smoothly, we've put together a simple step-by-step guide for you. Please go through each step in order and take your time setting everything up.
Your machine comes in a sturdy box with edge protectors and Styrofoam. Cut open the packaging carefully to avoid any damage. If you ordered a roof, it comes separately in a wooden crate.
Check your machine for any shipping damage right after delivery. If you notice anything, let our support team know straight away.
The product trays are secured with cable ties. Carefully cut them off using small pliers or a sharp knife.
Plug the machine directly into a 230V socket. Don't use multiple socket extensions.
You'll find the key in the coin compartment. Open the machine by turning the lock counterclockwise. If the machine doesn't start by itself, flip the main switch at the bottom of the unit.
After turning it on, the machine starts itself. Black numbers on the display mean active compartments, white numbers are inactive.
Log in with the default password (e.g. 000000, 123123, 123456 or 888888) and change it right away:
Sys. Setting → Set Admin Password. Enter your new password twice.
Set up the cooling and glass door heating. Start by testing around 6°C and check if the device cools down reliably.

Fill the coin changer with change and calibrate it so coins are recognized properly.

Switch off the machine completely at the main switch, wait about 60 seconds, and then turn it back on.
Pull the product drawers up, slide them out, fill the compartments and push them back in. Make sure the drawers snap in properly.
Set the selling prices of your products in the menu.

Enter the current stocks so the machine can monitor the fill levels.

Start several test purchases to make sure the products are dispensed correctly and payment modules (including document readers) work without errors.

To finish up, set up your Nayax Core Portal and transfer your stock. That way, your machine is fully ready to go digitally too.
